Welcome! We love having guests at Laughing Duck Ranch. This lovely home sits on a shared acre with a 6' fence all around, that gives privacy. You are just a small walk away from a private community BEACH and the backyard boast a beautiful canal filled with so much wildlife. A soak in the hot tub after a long adventurous day, can't be beat! We live on the property so we are here to help but like our privacy also. Welcome to your new favorite vacation destination!!!! The space Just a small walk away from the private community beach (our property has beach access). Gorgeous neighborhood to walk in or just relax next to a bonfire and watch the ducks swim by! Also please don't forget to ask about your pet! We have a fully fenced in yard with a farm gate just installed at the entrance of Laughing Duck Ranch. We do have a little pet package for your dog as well! * We do charge a $50 per pet, fee. Guest access Laughing Duck Ranch (where your rental is located) is fenced in. That side of the property is all yours to roam around. There's a small front yard and a large back yard to play in. We just ask that you don't go in the canal! Other things to note We now offer a propane camp grill with a table and tools for a quick bbq on the back porch.
