This private historic home has beautiful original features, but has modern touches that you'll appreciate. The location is in a historic neighborhood walking distance to a park, public transportation, and is centrally located to all of the major sights. The beach is 8 blocks or a 5 min drive, and 10 min to the Convention Center and downtown. Come experience Long Beach like a local! Street parking. The space Our cleaners are doing extra disinfections and using 2x bleach on all beddings and towels. This private house has 2 spacious rooms, with a large adjoining closet between them. The bathroom is stocked with extra goodies for your personal use. There is a lovely front porch, picnic table in the front yard, and a private back yard. There's no onsite parking but street parking is free. Usually you can find a parking spot within one block, and you can double park to unload. We recommend using public transportation and bike-share/ scooter-share as it's very simple and inexpensive to use since long beach is dense.
