The Hat Maker's house near University of Guelph

I love a clean and bright space decorated with flowers. You can expect that and a quiet environment where you can hear the birds chirping and not much else. There is a plaza across the street with lots of food shopping, the UofG is a 7 minute walk and the local mall is 15 minutes by foot if you like to spend time there. This house is perfect for people who want to relax and cook while they are in town. There is plenty of space (2,300 sq ft) to socialize and unwind with four large bedrooms. The space This house is a triplex. Myself and tenants live in the lower level. The main space of the house is very private. It has 2300 square feet of lovely living space. It has a large open concept kitchen with living and dining space attached. The living room has a gas fireplace and the dining room seats 8 to ten people. (see the updated photo.). There is also a large family room on the other side of the stairs where you can relax and watch TV on a 55 inch screen. Guest access Guests may access the main floor, the top floor, the very large back yard with BBQ and the front porch. Other things to note The main thermostat is in the family room controls the whole house including the lower level apartments. I find it reasonable to set it as low as 21 degrees and as high as 23 so if you would like to have the house cooler or warmer please ask and I can change the temperature. I would like my guests to park on the left side of the driveway near the garage door. This is important as it’s a shared driveway. There’s a key pad lock at the front door with a code. There is no need for a key just the code is needed to unlock the front door. If u press the “Schlage” the light will pop on so u can see the numbers clearly at night...it also is the lock button.
