Condo in Great Location! A Home Away from Home

Open and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom top-floor condo (3rd floor) in the perfect location! Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. If not followed we will charge guest $300 during the stay. The space Condo is 7 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to the mall and lots of restaurants. 15-20 minutes away from downtown Seattle. Other things to note We DON’T allow parties and pls park on your designated parking spot or your car will get towed if parked on the wrong parking spot. NO BACK-IN parking is allowed. Follow quiet time of 10pm to 7 am or will be charging $175 if neighbors complain about noice or parties in the unit.
