Walking distance to the mall and lots of restaurants. 15-20 minutes away from downtown Seattle. Interaction with guests will be through Airbnb messenger. I’m also available to reach via phone. I am available to meet up with guests if requested or if needing in-person assist. The condo is 7 minutes away from the airport and 3 minutes to the mall and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside of the community, literally short distance walk. Tukwila International Boulevard Light Rail Station is a 5min. drive or 30 minute walk from the condo. To use the Bus you will be riding bus number 128 and it stops directly at the Tukwila International Boulevard Light Rail Station, the bus ride should take about 10-20 minutes. If you would like to take the bus to downtown, you can take the bus number 150, it is estimated to be a 45 minute ride considering that the bus has to make 14 stops. Bus 150 operates every 15 minutes Bus 128 operates every 30 minutes Link Light Rail: Tukwila Station “With 15 stops total, the Central Link line stretches nearly 17.5 miles serving some of the most popular destinations in Central Puget Sound. It is extremely budget-friendly and convenient when traveling to and from Sea-Tac Airport to Downtown Seattle and on to the University of Washington. The Tukwila/International Blvd Link Light Rail Station is 1-mile north of the SeaTac/Airport Station and offers a free park and ride are for you to park your car and hop on the Light Rail. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. In Downtown Seattle, the Light Rail brings you right to shopping, the library, government buildings, art centers and jobs. In the SODO District, it takes you near CenturyLink Field for Seahawks football and Sounders FC soccer, and Safeco Field for Mariners baseball.
