The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, cutlery, toaster, electric griddle, slow cooker, blender, and programmable coffee maker. Even an electric BBQ grill on the outdoor patio! The living room has an electric fireplace with 50'' HDTV with DirecTV and Blu-Ray DVD player with YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Netflix apps. Cards and board games are also included.
