Private back yard has a large table, grill, and fire pit for guests to use. Smart TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and lower level, all with Xfinity cable access. Lower level TV area has a DVD player to watch movies. Sofa bed is a small twin size. The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmore Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
