HGTV Design Star Home-Beach entry, Pool-Spa Heaven

My designer home is close to the Beach and Fishing Pier, and has a very large resort style heated Pool/Spa and sun deck right in the private back yard. My home is also very close to nightlife, the city center, parks, the airport, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the pool, kitchen, the location, the high ceilings, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, big families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Vaulted wood ceilings, gourmet kitchen, designer furnishings, high polish terrazzo floors, full laundry, and super cleanliness. Guest access Guests have the whole entire 2000 square foot (200 m^2) house 100% to themselves. Other things to note More than 8 guests must be approved on a case by case basis. If more guests show up than on reservation, they will be denied at the door. No Spring Breakers/Partiers. Spring Breakers/Partiers did thousands of dollars in damage to our house in the past. In order to avoid young rowdy Spring Breakers, we are limiting stays to guests that have at least 2 people, over 30 years old, accompanying any other ages or age groups. House Rules: • When grilling outside, please turn off the gas bottle each time you finish because that gas will leak out overnight and your gas will be empty. Each extra gas bottle is $30. • Please clean the grill after each use. • Outside furniture sitting pillows- Please don’t leave them outside overnight, bring them inside the home. • Trash pick-up is Mondays and Thursdays, Recycling pick-up Mondays only, bring the receptacle bins out to the street line the night before pick-up. • Potted plants outside would appreciate it if you gave them a little water. • Please, you must, read and follow all pool rules posted outside at the pool. • Notice that quite hours are to be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily or as superseded by any subsequent city noise regulation – Chapter 34, Article II, Noise control. • No breakable containers allowed in the pool area (glasses, bottles etc.) • Shower before entering the pool. • Bathing suits must be worn while in pool at all times. • No children in pool area without adult supervision. • Pool/SPA hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., swim at your own risk. • This is a NO SMOKING house. We ask that you do not smoke inside the house. • Pets are not permitted in this rental unit. • NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THIS RENTAL. Use of the premises and common areas in such a fashion that disturbs neighbors shall be deemed grounds for eviction. • No music allowed in the outdoor areas. • Do not move or relocate the furniture inside or outside. There will be a charge to move the furniture back. PARKING - Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking area only (driveway) not on grass. CHECK-OUT time is 10AM. There will be an extra charge for late check out. The nearest hospital is North Broward Hospital. Call 911 for emergencies.
