Our unit is ~200 sq ft of function and style. We are proud of all of the unique functional features of our home. It has a full sized shower as well as a queen sized Murphy bed, making small-space living extra comfortable. Can also be rented with the unit next-door, which is separated by a locking pocket door. We aren't located in the area so we likely will not get to meet in person, but please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything! We live in a condominium complex on East Grand. You won't be able to see the beach from our unit, but if you walk two houses down, you'll see it from Oak. There's a restaurant and a market within a few doors of our complex, so you'll have no trouble getting what you need on foot. We have a parking spot directly in front of the unit for your use. Trash is disposed of at the back end of the complex, just a minute's walk. Please note that there are security cameras in the condo complex. There is one pointed in the direction of the front entry to this unit.
