The first floor enjoys ample living space, with with comfortable couches and chairs. The living room, dining room, and open kitchen look out onto The Reach and Green's Island, creating an incredible space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and has a large slate-tiled center island over which to share morning coffee and conversation, meal prep and cocktails! Multiple sliding glass doors open up to a large deck that spans the entire length of the house, overlooking the lawn and ocean. There is plenty of seating, including beautiful teak furniture, loungers, A gas grill is available for all your grilling needs. Beautiful gardens and plantings filled with flowers surround the house. The first floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. A laundry room is also located on the first floor. The second floor is divided into two separate areas. The front area has two bedrooms and a full bath, while the rear area faces the ocean and has a beautiful upstairs second living room, with wrap-around windows, and a loft bedroom.
