We do very occasionally rent one out for a few days at a time to travellers, but there's always at least one available for use. Not that the cozy patio with its fantastic views is to be ignored! Your space is totally private, completely walled off from the main house. The new bathroom has a huge counter and a step-in tub/shower with grab bars for safe access. We provide bath supplies and amenities, such as make-up wipes and a hair dryer. WiFi of course! We've also compiled a "Welcome Book" with suggestions for local activities and services, sights to see, tours, and emergency services. Need an iron/ironing board or cell phone charger? Let us know! Luggage drop-off is allowed and there is NO cleaning fee. We emphasize safety for our guests with good lighting, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. We want you to be safe, secure and comfortable during your stay. Additional safety with multiple grab bars for toilet and shower, and a front door with ground level entrance with no steps. Though your room is completely private and walled off from the main house, feel free to knock on our door for anything you need. We're there almost 24 hours. Use the VW Camper Bus to look at the mountains while eating inside.. And there a couple of stunning hikes just five minutes away that we can direct you to, or, since we use the trails frequently ourselves, take you along. We enjoy our guests, and we want you to have a wonderful, memorable experience. We are here to serve! This country setting on three very quiet acres, just four minutes from downtown. Great views of the Red Cliffs behind town and the Kaibab Plateau. Your room and patio deck are peaceful and private in this secluded neighborhood. A walk in any direction is a delight. We are just three blocks from a lovely park. Two of our favorite local hikes, Cottonwood Trail and Bunting Trail, are just up the hill from your room. We are half an hour from Zion, about an hour from Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and a few minutes from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, even less to the unique and beautiful Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Also a little over an hour away is Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon.
