It is located in a brand new gated development with in the city of Galveston (NOT a west end island home with a 30 minute drive to Galveston). The property has 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, and 1 bunk bedroom with 6 custom-built bunk beds. The beach house can accommodate groups of up to 16 people. We don’t use any management companies or third parties to run our business - we operate this property fully by ourselves! This means that we are available 24/7 for our guests and that our guests are our absolute top priority. THIRD FLOOR • MASTER BEDROOM 2: king-size bed, fireplace, en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in tile shower and stand-alone bathtub, walk-in closet. The bedroom has an ocean view and access to the balcony with sitting chairs. • GUEST BEDROOM: king-size bed, custom-made oversized armoire for storage, en suite bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in tile shower. This bedroom also has an ocean view and access to the balcony with sitting chairs. • QUEEN BEDROOM: 2 queen-size beds, walkout balcony viewing the city of Galveston. • BUNK BEDROOM: 6 custom bunk beds with XL twin mattresses. The Queen Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom share a bathroom with double sinks and a separate walk-in shower room. • CUPOLA: spiral stairs to the third floor, amazing view from the highest point of the house. Other things to note All our reservations are subject to a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement containing basic information about the property, house rules, cancellation policy, etc. We email the Rental Agreement to our guests through DocuSign, since we can't attach files in private messages on Airbnb. The guests must review, sign, and return the signed agreement and a copy of their valid ID within 48 hours of the booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of canceling their stay for any reason. As a small business, we cannot act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy. However, in the event of a mandatory evacuation from the island due to a hurricane, we will issue a full refund. During holidays and summertime, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
