This modern and renovated cottage is the perfect bungalow for two couples, one family, or a group of ladies looking for a getaway just outside of the Waco city limits! This cottage sits on 30 acres with huge Oak trees lit by string lights! Enjoy all the outdoor amenities! The space This cottage is a rare find as this property usually rents as part of a full property buyout. Gathering Oaks Retreat hosts reunions, retreats, and weddings, but this gem of a property is available on occasion to book a single cottage. Enjoy the beautiful landscape and relax outside under the stars! Book it while availability lasts! Guest access Guests have access to a shared pool and seasonal hot tub. Hot tub can be heated remotely for a $25 fee October through February. Guests also have access to the fire pit. Feel free to bring your own wood and starter log or request a set up for $25. Hot tub and fire pit requests should be made before noon. Feel free to use any outdoor furniture on property, and enjoy the playground and games!
