Located on the east side of Casper near everything this home offers privacy and convenience. The kitchen is equipped to meet your needs with basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils for your use. The large open room in the basement can be configured to meet your needs as a play space, sensory room, or sleeping bag bunkhouse. Parking is plentiful, the neighborhood is safe. Please note the bathroom upstairs has a tub but no shower. The only shower in the residence is in the basement. The space Our goal is to make your stay awesome. Children will enjoy having a large play space in the basement. The home is cooled in the summer with an evaporative cooler. The backyard has a great shaded deck and is fenced. Dogs are allowed to stay in the upstairs level of the home (there is a door to help keep them out of the basement) with previous arrangements. Park in the garage for added convenience and to keep snow off your car in the winter. Guest access This home is close to the mall, Kelly Walsh High School, Hobby Lobby, Restaurants, I-25, just about everything. Located on a corner lot in a well-established safe neighborhood there is plenty of parking, mature landscaping and large shade trees. Other things to note Once you have checked in you are welcome to park in the single car garage which is large enough for most vehicles with the exception of large SUV's or Super Cab trucks with long beds. Please note that the amenities section does not allow us to indicate that the air conditioning for this home is provided by an evaporative cooler. The unit is large enough to keep the home very comfortable even in the heat of the summer. The unit is only available during the summer after the risk of freezing has passed.
