To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, Getaways requires all vacation rental guests to be 21 years of age or older unless traveling as part of a family. ID verification is required before check-in. No exceptions are permitted. We are a small, family-owned business and regularly check on our properties. We also maintain close relationships with our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund. - Bay County License #33557 - Panama City Beach License #28064 Guest access There are 2 owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy during your approved check in/check out times! Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be available 7 days before your stay in your guest portal provided the check-in form has been completed. Other things to note When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat. Pool heater is electric and only capable of heating 20F above ambient temperature. Therefore, if forecasted average temperature during your stay is under 64F, pool heater may not function. Pool heat fee will be refunded if this is the case. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week.
