Separate Bunkhouse: * A 300-square-foot space located over the garage. * Features its own private entrance and balcony. * Furnished with a double bed and a large futon, ideal for kids or extra guests. * The bunkhouse is heated and air-conditioned but does not have a bathroom. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the 4-bedroom main house, the separate bunkhouse, the expansive scenic deck, the patio with a fire pit, and all other outdoor areas. Make yourself completely at home. Other things to note Check-in: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. To allow our cleaning crew adequate time to prepare the home to the highest standard, we cannot accommodate early check-ins. Creek Access: While the cottage is a waterfront property, direct creek access is not available from the property itself. You can easily access the creek via a short 3-4 minute walk down the road to the bridge. Amenities: The home is equipped with high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi. All three TVs have Dish Network and internet streaming capabilities. A propane gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for your use; please bring your own charcoal if you plan to use the charcoal grill. Mountain Environment: Our canyon location means you may encounter wildlife such as javelina, deer, skunks, and raccoons. Please be aware that the home is not child-proofed. Weather Advisory: As a mountain property next to a creek, there is a rare potential for the bridge into our neighborhood to become impassable due to flooding (most likely in February or March).
