The house is across from beautiful Lake Balboa which is full of hiking trails, boating, botanical gardens, and playgrounds for those traveling with children. Easily travel to Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, and Santa Monica. We just put in a new dining table that seats up to 14 guests! It's best to rent a car in Los Angeles. Or Uber. Quiet and safe. Pool Heating: Is awesome to enjoy and worth it! Spa heating is $55 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $150 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. If gas prices go up the prices may increase depending on the current rates. This pool can be heated as hot as you want it. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating as it takes a long time to heat depending on the weather. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Please be aware that there is an additional monthly utility fee, which may vary based on the season.
