This home offers garage parking, driveway and street parking. The space The whole house, front/back yard, BBQ, washer/dryer and garage. BBQ: It has a propane tank. We provide tanks. If they are empty, please fill them nearby but don't forget to check the brand. If you wish us to bring a full tank one of our team members can set it up for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like one provided. Please clean it after you use it. The house is across from beautiful Lake Balboa which is full of hiking trails, boating, botanical gardens, and playgrounds for those traveling with children. Easily travel to Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, and Santa Monica. We just put in a new dining table that seats up to 14 guests! It's best to rent a car in Los Angeles. Or Uber. Orange line within walking distance. On Private gated Street. Quiet and safe. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, garage, or any enclosed spaces. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep all smoking activities a reasonable distance from doors and windows. Spa heating is $55 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $150 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. If gas prices go up the prices may increase depending on the current rates. This pool can be heated as hot as you want it. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating as it takes a long time to heat depending on the weather. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival. Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season.
