Beautiful private upstairs cottage with deck overlooking the lake. It’s near other lakes and dog friendly parks are close. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing furniture and mattresses. Kitchen fully equipped: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer, iron & flat screen TV. Wifi, cable tv, Amazon & Netflix. A dedicated professional work space and desk. Includes light breakfast and snacks. Please note there is an additional charge to use the pool. The space Your cottage is located upstairs with another cottage below. There is also a completely separate building in front of your unit. It is $35 a day extra charge to use the pub/game room, pool, hot tub, Swedish sauna and gym per accommodation. In other words, if you have four people staying in your cottage, the fee is only $35. per day for all the amenities. There is an additional fee of 45 to heat the pool. This fee is not negotiable, but includes all the guests staying in your cottage. You can invite 2 additional guests not staying with you to use the amenities for 10 dollars per person per day. The unit is pet friendly for one small dog no more that 25 pounds. No cats. This space is dog friendly for one dog less than 25 pounds. No cats allowed. There may be other dogs on the property, so please keep your doggie on a lease for everyone’s safety. We do not allow parties of any type to respect the privacy of other guests . This includes no birthday, no anniversaries, no wedding reception etc, so please don’t ask us to make an exception. Please note that it takes five to eight hours to heat the pool depending on ambient air temperature. Please give yourself plenty of time to turn it on for your use after resolving amenities fee. Please remember this is an airbnb and there is no staff on property to do this for you. Guest access All outside common areas and yard to the lake. You also have a private porch outside your front door. Optional access to the amenities that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym is only $35 per day. There is an additional 45 charge to heat the pool. To further clarify this fee it is $35 per accommodation. (Not $35 per amenity and not $35 per person.) This fee is not negotiable. You can invite 2 additional guests who are not staying with you for 10 dollars a day per person. Sorry, we cannot host parties to respect the privacy of our other guests. The amenities are open from 7 am to 10 p.m. The pool and pub from 9 a.m. to 10 pm. The fee can be collected when you arrive if you decide to purchase access to the amenities. We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. The amenities are in a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. Other things to note Baggage/luggage storage is available for early check in. Lessee must be present throughout the duration of lease and be at least 25. Please park so that 2 other cars can park in the driveway. It is ok to park some on the grass. If you have more than one car, please park across the street. No smoking(including vaping or e-cigarettes) in the house please. Please no parties. No exceptions. To close the blinds, please hold at the top and pull down on the bottom gently. Accommodation interiors/decoration subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Grounds are seasonal, not everything is always in bloom, even Florida has a brief winter season when leaves are dropping and it is a little chilly. And finally, the amenities are not always available to guest. We apologize for any inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times that we, the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space with computer, printer, scanner, scanner and zoom meeting light for an additional 25 per day.
