Two bedrooms feature one king bed and two queens, and a sleeper sofa that sleeps two guests rounds out comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight people. There's a well-appointed kitchen, and a washer/dryer combo is also available. The two full baths both have showers, and the upstairs one includes a tub, as well. Guests added to the reservation post-check-in will be billed at $50 per guest per day. Pets are considered (maximum of 2); leashed walking is mandatory on the property. A pet fee of $25 per day per pet is applicable, with potential discounts for longer stays. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies if dog hair is discovered in the hot tub or bed. Smoking is exclusively permitted outdoors. A complimentary bundle of firewood is provided; each additional bundle incurs a fee of $10.
