The one-of-a-kind fully private, fully enclosed backyard includes heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table & fire pit for families and snowbirds to enjoy Florida living! The space Welcome to The Oasis! A 2 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home in a quiet neighborhood with heated private pool that sleeps 6 comfortably. The Oasis is is 5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, #1 beach in the USA (approx. 15 min drive). COMMON AREAS: The newly renovated KITCHEN has granite countertops & stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher). Fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware, blender & drip coffee maker and cooking staples such as spices, olive oil & coffee. Plastic plates & cups for use outdoors and around the pool. The LIVING ROOM has comfortable leather sofas and 55" smart TV. The picture window lets in natural afternoon light. The bonus SUNROOM has a dining table & chairs. Swivel the 43" TV (with Amazon Fire TV) to watch from the pool area. Relax on the full-size futon, or open it up and use as a third bed. The sunroom has a door that closes it off from the kitchen and living room; full length shades provide privacy for use as a cozy third bedroom. THE POOL & BACKYARD: Lounge poolside in the FULLY PRIVATE, fully fenced pool area and soak up the warm Florida sun! The POOL IS HEATED and typically kept at 85 degrees, perfect for swimming year-round. Grill outdoors on the propane BBQ GRILL and enjoy the evening sunset. Tall palm trees & lush greenery in the backyard give The Oasis its name. Enjoy outdoor living at the BEACH BAR, with 2 outdoor refrigerators for keeping your beverages cool. The OUTDOOR SOFAS and chairs allow you to relax outdoors. Enjoy dinner al fresco at the outdoor dining table. PERGOLAS & OUTDOOR FANS shield you from the sun and allow you to enjoy the weather year-round. During the evenings, relax outdoors in the HOT TUB or by the FIRE PIT. The backyard and pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy. Gates on either side of the front of the house allow you to enter the backyard and pool area along a paved walkway. A side door allows access to the bathroom from the backyard/pool area. The home also has an enclosed 1-car GARAGE and driveway space for 2 additional cars. The garage holds beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers & beach bags for guest use. Beach towels are also provided. BEDROOMS: The PRIMARY BEDROOM has a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan & closet. The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed, nightstands, chest, ceiling fan & closet. 2 FULL BATHROOMS & UTILITY ROOM: The MAIN BATHROOM has a bathtub. The frosted window lets in natural light from the backyard. The 2ND BATHROOM & UTILITY ROOM has a WASHER & DRYER. Use the shower to rinse off sandy feet after a day at the beach. Access the bathroom from the main house (through the garage) or from the backyard/pool area. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: The home includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your perfect day at the beach. Bath towels & linens are included for a fuss-free vacation. Weekly outdoor service visits are conducted by the local host as follows. You do not have to be present for any service visits. Tuesdays: Trash removal, pool & hot tub cleaning. Wednesdays: Trash can pickup. Lawncare & landscaping occurs biweekly and may occur during your stay. Other things to note FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE NOTE: POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is not gated (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be supervised at all times in the backyard around the pool, hot tub and fire pit. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay. NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.
