Inquire about full house. The space The palms is a two story house that will make you feel lost in paradise. Management The house is handled by Sundazed Vacation Hospitality. The Yard!! Drive into The Palms and park on it’s U shaped driveway. The driveway can hold about 15 cards comfortably. The tropical plants immerse you into the property and give you good relaxed vibes right away. The “front” overlooks abuts to the canal pier, where you can store your boat. The lawn itself has enough room to hold lard gatherings; such as weddings. The house itself The house has two kitchens, two living rooms and a suit off from the main house. Connecting the main house to the suit is our laundry room. As you walk into the main house you will feel the openness of the palms. The big kitchens opens to the living room, which allows you a direct view of the canal and Sylvan Beach. The rooms downstairs consists of 2 big rooms with their own bathrooms and out suit; which also has its own bathroom. Our Master will allow you to peer out to the canal to watch the boats in the morning. Going upstairs is like entering a different house. The upstairs has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom. The piece of resistance Yes!!! A pool. A private pool, just for your guests and you. And yes heated to 82 degrees. The pool also has a sound system, T.V and direct access to a bathroom. This will make you enjoy you vacation rain, shine or snow. The Recreation The game room has a bathroom, pool table and dart board. You will feel like you are playing pool in the a southern state. Pets If there is a pet found on premises that was not mentioned to property manager you will be charged $250 plus the pet fee Guest access There are three entry points.
