It's filled with beautiful furniture, original paintings, and Persian rugs. It's located in a lovely, quiet spot surrounded by pines, near the center of Town. You'll have two parking spaces, but you're also super close to shuttles to all the lodges. The space Extensively renovated, it features a luxury kitchen, beautiful windows with views of the mountains, and high speed Wifi and is filled with beautiful furniture, original paintings, and Persian rugs. The location is a lovely, quiet spot surrounded by pines and near the center of Town. It rarely rains in the summer--it’s pretty much always clear and sunny. Winter is a different matter…Mammoth has the most snow, the longest ski season, the biggest mountain…all of that good stuff. But the occasional big storm does bring powder days. The full kitchen is equipped with range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, popcorn maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, French press, cast iron and non-stick skillets, tons of pots and pans and good knives, plus some staples that you’re welcome to use—sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. There is a full-sized laundry inside the town home, with a large washer and brand-new large LG dryer. You’ll find detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies provided for you on the upper shelf. It’s very quiet. We’ve been living here most of a year and we’ve never heard any partying from another town home. In fact, our building has only two town homes, so we share just one wall. Guest access You have access to the entire townhouse, plus the complex common areas, including swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Other things to note You will be located just half a block from the main shopping center, in a quiet complex surrounded by pines. There are 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms and a loft, plus 3 baths on three levels. Nearby are a hot tub, sauna, swimming pool, and grassy lawns. You can access two parking spaces, and you're adjacent to shuttles to Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge, and Main Lodge.
