Our 4 bedroom 2 full bath ranch style home features an open floor plan with a finished basement. We have 4 flat screen TVs and an Xbox One for your enjoyment. Feel free to use our electric smoker & propane BBQ grill. Guests are welcome to use the Keurig & traditional coffee maker. Relax on the reclining sectional in front of the fireplace. The foosball table, couch & oversized reclining chair in the basement offer added comfort for our guests to enjoy. The space Our home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Enjoy gorgeous views of Pikes Peak while walking around an abundance of groomed trails throughout our subdivision. The city of Colorado Springs owns a beautiful undeveloped open space plot of land next door and another plot across the street from our property. Our wildlife friends frequently visit this area and roam around. We’ve seen lots of deer and rabbits over the years! Guests have enjoyed watching deer frolic around while sitting by the fire pit in the back yard or swinging from the front yard tree swing. Short Term Rental Permit: A-STRP-24-1201 Guest access Guests have access to our home. The garage is not accessible. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway. Other things to note This is not a business for us. We’re extremely grateful for the opportunity to offer our home to guests while they’re visiting Colorado Springs.
