The TV is a 4K Smart TV for watching Netflix, Hulu, etc (you will need a Netflix account as there is no cable on this TV). This immaculate home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms including a bonus room made into a bedroom perfect for kids of all ages. The large backyard is partially fenced for privacy and is ideal for enjoying Wilmington's beautiful weather or outside games. This home sleeps 10 (1 queen in the master, 2 queens in each guest room, bunk beds and a futon bed on the bonus room). There is a large well stocked kitchen and separate sunroom if anyone needs space to enjoy a book or quiet afternoon time. Wrightsville Beach is 2 miles away for enjoyment of the beach. Mayfaire shopping center is 1 mile away with shopping, movies and restaurants. You are truly in the hub of the action. Guests can access the entire home. This home is on a quiet street off of Eastwood Road which leads directly to Wrightsville Beach. You can also get easily downtown or to UNCW. There is plenty of parking in the driveway but we do limit to 3 cars. There is a limit to parking so no more than 4 cars are allowed on the property.
