Peaceful and Serene with Hot Tub

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, house. We do have a NEW hot tub located on the upper deck a view of the valley and the lake beyond. NOTE: the price quoted is for 2 people using 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Additional guests are $25 per person. We are located 10 miles west of the Victorian town of Eureka springs and just 2 miles from Beaver Lake and the White River just below the dam. A great location if you like to be out of town in a quiet setting. The space As you enter the property is the ,”Great” Including a Kitchen, dining area and living room area w/ big screen TV . There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms and two baths are on the upper level. Also on upper level a large deck , a gazebo covers a hot tub with a beautiful view of the valley and lake in the distance. On the lower level are two bedrooms, one bath, a small kitchenette and outside there is a concrete patio, gas grill, dining table w/ 6-8 chairs, a small yard and also a second fire pit area. Guest access There is a small fenced yard, just to the left of the building, great for pets or children who want to play outdoors. Also there are 2 yard areas with areas with fire pits. The patio is on the lower level with gas grill, lounge chairs, bench and a table and 6 chairs for dining. The yards areas are large enough to set up games like badminton, volleyball, or horseshoes. Other things to note The base price on my rates is for double occupancy (2 people using one bedroom) and additional guests are charged $25 per person per night for the use of additional rooms. Or if you just want an additional bedroom and bath for one person it is $25 per night. We do allow “approved pets and the fee is $50. .
