The space You'll feel at home the minute you walk up to the entry of this charming town home. 16’ vaulted ceilings & skylights greet you in this open living space with tile & hardwoods throughout the main level. There are loads of fun artwork and curious shelving accessories everywhere you look. A wood burning fireplace to keep things cozy on the cold nights & AC to keep you cool on the warm ones. A big 50” TV for those evenings you’d rather stay in. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter & shelf space for preparing meals. Stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters and much more than you’ll ever need. The open dining room concept walks out to your enclosed & private patio where you can entertain by the lights or enjoy the views. The upper level is for sleeping & relaxing with a queen bed in the spacious master, a walk-in closet and a dresser for your convenience. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with full & twin set up and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have 32” TVs and DVD players. A full bath, laundry room and a hallway office can also be found upstairs. The 2-car garage is open for you to use for your cars and storage. The enclosed yards and patios are ready for your traveling furry companions and outdoor activities with stringed lights, grill, patio table/chairs & fire pit. Central Air: It may sound strange to any visitors from the hotter states (It did to me when I moved from KS) but only about 30% of Colorado homes have air conditioning, and less of the short-term rentals. There are some summers we can get by without it and we did for a while. Unfortunately, we felt we were getting too many complaints about the heat, especially the last few summers. SO, in the interest of keeping all our guests happier, we decided to install AC units in all of our short-term rentals!
