This magnificent 6000 square foot, newly-constructed, custom home is located on the stunning Wenatchee River in a secluded area. Anyone will feel at home in nature while being only a short, two mile drive to charming historical downtown Leavenworth. The spacious gourmet kitchen, is able to accommodate cooking for the whole group. The separate bar area has temperature controlled wine storage and an additional beverage refrigerator. A huge deck accessible from the living, dining and master bedroom overlooks the Wenatchee River making this floor excellent for entertaining the entire family. A gradual slope to the river allows a relaxed walk in the water or for the more adventurous, rafting or tubing from the banks of the property. The upstairs features a loft with incredible views of the mountains and the river. Two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses await the uninvited guest (distant cousin carrying a suitcase). Located on each side of the loft are bedroom suites with queen beds and secluded balconies to enjoy the majestic scenery and sounds of the river. The expansive daylight basement includes a game room both kids and adults alike, can enjoy. One can unwind in the cozy infrared sauna with LED controlled lighting, perfect for one to three people, while enjoying your own music. WIFI throughout the entire house makes for easy internet access for social media lovers and work enthusiasts alike. Either side of the game room are two large suites with private bathrooms. The Mr. Moose room, with beautiful hand crafted Aspen log furniture, and view of the river from a separate patio entrance. On the opposite side of the game room is where the fun begins; for the smaller people of your group or the young at heart this room will bring out the child inside of everyone. The room has a queen bed with an adjacent unique cabin style bunk room, known as the Bears Den. This additional sleeping arrangement includes 6 twin (XL) bunk beds. Other things to note Sorry, we do not allow weddings or ceremonies of any kind at the house. It is not equipped to handle groups larger than 16.
