Comfy Kawarthas Cottage on Loon Call Lake

Enjoy a getaway at this cozy cottage near Apsley on Loon Call Lake- sleeps up to 6. A large dining table offers a beautiful view of the lake and lots of room for dinners & board games. The large, private lawn is perfect for all sorts of games and activities! The best part is the lake itself. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, a paddle boat, lounging or swimming off the dock. Dog friendly provided you clean up after him/her & treat the cottage as your own. Families/one couple only. NO PARTIES. Other things to note Available for use: volleyball net and ball, badminton rackets, bocce ball, board games, life jackets, pool floaties, canoe, paddles, paddle boat, stand up paddle board. Two fire pits. Outdoor dining space. Bring some fishing rods as the lake has excellent smallmouth bass fishing as well as splake and panfish to catch for the kids. Please bring your own bed linen, blankets, beach/shower towels, dish towels and firewood. Pillows and fans are available at the cottage. The water in the cottage is drawn from the lake and fine for showering in, but please bring your own drinking water or refill the water cooler jug at the nearby Sayers grocery store. *** Important *** The driveway is very steep, cars with 2 wheel drive will have no problem. If you are towing your own boat you will need to launch it at the public boat launch (2 mins down the road). You will not be able to tow it all the way up and down the driveway.
