My place is close to Ponce de Leon and St Charles Ave and one block off of Virginia Highlands. We prefer to rent to guest 25 years or older and all guest must be over 25. Thank you. If you need anything just call or text me. I am available 24-7 No fires allowed. Dogs are allowed but there is a $150 non refundable fee and $50 per additional dog. No cats allowed. No smoking ANYWHERE on property, if so a $500 fee will be charged. IF a dog is brought onto the property without our knowledge, a $500 fee will be charged as well.
