The space The sunken living room is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass walls with ocean views. Virtually all rooms are bathed in light and cooled by sea breezes. The master bedroom includes a full private bathroom and a private deck with ocean views. There are three additional bedrooms, a second full bathroom, an additional half bathroom and a large open air outdoor shower that is simply heaven. The dining area seats 10 to 12 and faces a south wall of sliding glass doors with ocean views or cook outdoors on the stainless gas grill and enjoy meals at the large teak dining table on the deck. Quality bed linens, towels, cookware, tableware, beach chairs and umbrellas are all provided. Washer/dryer. AC, heat, satellite TV, stereo, a CD/DVD player and high speed wireless internet. The house is tastefully furnished, professionally cleaned and maintained to high standards. Just bring a few clothes and a smile. Guest access This is a whole house rental. Other things to note Fire Island is reached by ferry. There is parking on the mainland at the ferry terminal in Bay Shore, NY. From NYC, drive, order a van service or take the LIRR. The nearest airports are LaGuardia, JFK or MacArthur Airport.
