Serenity Pines - Amazing Retreat All Year Long

This amazing two-story home nestled in the woods is a great place to stay during your vacation. Serenity Pines has a modern kitchen to prepare your meals and has several great spaces to lounge and relax during your stay. The home is expertly decorated, guests from all backgrounds will be able to enjoy the luxury and charm that Serenity Pines has to offer. The property is just a short drive to Main St. Julian and Lake Cuyamaca. The space Serenity pines is a very charismatic home tucked away in the neighborhood of Pine-Ridge. The area is full of wildlife such as deer, turkey, and many woodland birds, all of which are frequent visitors to the home. This home has a total of four bedrooms, two of the three downstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom downstairs has amazing corner windows with views of the beautiful surrounding landscape. The bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, perfect for a kid's room. The family room has a large natural rock fireplace and a huge sectional couch for the whole family to enjoy. There is a large flat screen TV so that everyone can enjoy watching a movie or viewing your favorite shows together. The family room also has a beautiful wooden chess table by the front window for those evening chess (or checker) "battles." The side deck has a full-size propane BBQ for all of your grilling needs. On the side deck you will also locate an outdoor dining area, so that you can enjoy the weather and enjoy a meal outdoors. The deck is surrounded by a small grove of trees with a native Julian apple tree. Be sure to take some time to enjoy the lovely scenery from the comfy wooden bench on the large front porch. Guest access The guests at this home have access to the whole house. There is a stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and all the basic kitchen essentials to create great meals during your stay. Outside you will locate a propane BBQ grill. There is a large flat screen TV, for guests who are interested, as well as Wi-Fi. This home utilizes the NEST system for security, as well as for central heating and air conditioning. You are welcome to adjust the home temperature to your preference during your stay. Other things to note Since many guests are sensitive to animals, we like to keep Serenity Pines a pet-free home. We do not allow pets of any kind at this home. The owners appreciate guests not picking the apples from the apple tree in the yard.
