Home in Canajoharie

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets. The space The original stain glass windows and front door have been preserved. The large backyard is great for soccer or kickball or just relaxing. A table and chairs will be provided to eat outside if you like. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms in the home. You will not need access to the basement or the garage. If you are a cyclist, I can give you access to the garage to store your bicycles. Other things to note The home is on a quiet residential street. Quiet hours from 9 pm. There is a cool country breeze in the evenings, therefore the home does not have air-conditioning. I have a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and two portable fans. There is a window a/c unit which can be installed if needed. The home has radiators and heating throughout. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items will be provided. There is a regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. The WI-FI had been great for years. However, Time-Warner recently sold to Spectrum and the WI-Fi is not as consistent as it was in the past. I do pay for continued service for Wi-Fi for my guests.
