The space THIS PROPERTY IS NOT LOCATED ON LAKE NORMAN OR LAKE WYLIE OR ANY OTHER BIG BODY OF WATER. THERE IS NO SWIMMING AND BOATING. IF WE OFFERED SWIMMING AND BOATING WE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED IT. IF WE WERE ON A BIG LAKE WE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED IT. IF WITH THE ABOVE NOTICE, YOU STILL BOOK EXPECTING ANY OF THE ABOVE FEATURES CLEARLY STATED AS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL NO LONGER FULLY REFUND YOUR BOOKING AND REFUND WILL BE BASED ON SET REFUND AND CANCELATION RULES.
