This privately owned home is self-catering. The space To ensure your comfort level, we want you to know we have always and continue to use a professional cleaning company to clean and disinfect the Villa after every guest. Our pool has solar heat. We offer gas heat for the pool if you prefer. The pool deck offers you plenty of sun, or you may prefer to sit in a cushioned chaise lounge under the portico, watching the many species of birds and wildlife that surround the lake. Enjoying the sunrise with coffee or sunsets with your beverage of choice never gets old. This outdoor space is amazing and relaxing. We have optional “kiddie” fencing on lanai for the security of small children. Master bedroom has King bed with en suite, queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in 3rd and 4th bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms for your comfort. Crescent Lakes is in Kissimmee, FL, and is a quiet up market residential area off hi-way 192 east of Disney. All the houses are well spaced out and are beautifully designed. This Villa has a NO smoking policy and is self-catering. I will supply 1 roll of toilet paper and small hand soap in each bathroom. The BBQ grill is available as a courtesy. Turn off gas and clean after use. If you empty the tank, please refill before you leave so the next quest can enjoy the grill as well. Other things to note I visited Kissimmee Florida and after looking at different homes I was considering as a vacation home for my family, I was drawn to this location and this home. There's a sense of calm and quietness I felt when I visited the neighborhood and the view from the back of this home is breathless. I enjoy being in nature, feeling the cool breeze on my skin, watching the ripples on the lake and the birds that come around. It feels so soothing...
