***SUMMER SPECIALS*** OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN -NO STORM DAMAGE! Come make yourself at home at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. With scenic sunsets, gorgeous views from the deck. The living room and two of the three bedrooms overlooks the ocean. Enjoy stunning scenic oceans views from the comfort of your bed. This home is a short walk to the playground and beach of Jetty Park where you can play on the beach, fish, crab, and see sea turtles and dolphins from time to time. The space The Chelsea has a split master design. Perfect for privacy or enjoying everyone's company. Each Master has a breath taking view of the ocean. The third bedroom is structured for sleeping up to 7 occupants. The maximum occupancy for this house is 11 people at all times. There is plenty of covered parking under the house! Guest access Everything except for a small closet by the entrance and the owner's closet located in the back of the master bedroom closet. Other things to note The security system has a monitored alarm and security cameras around the perimeter of the house. There is Wifi and antenna TV. I have not listed these as amenities because, although working almost all of the time, strong winds and nasty storms can knock these out from time to time. Please make sure you bring bottled water and ice because the city water tastes terrible. I recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent as well. If you need groceries, you can pick them up in Lake Jackson. If you would like to drive on the beach or park near the beach, you will need a beach pass. If so, please stop by Valero gas station on the island to get your beach pass.
