Breakfast is available from 7am to 930am must be booked 24 hours in advance, coffee/tea full breakfast $15 + HST Included in your stay is a FREE Algonquin Park Day Pass ($21 per day savings) We are featuring Room 4 which has one double bed, one bunk bed and a window looking out at the Madawaska River . This is your private room. You will be sharing with other people a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, TV room with satellite television, outdoor BBQ, fire pit, picnic tables and WiFi. The space Welcome to the Mad Musher Restaurant and Riverside Rooms. We are featuring Room 4 which has two bunk beds, dresser, and a large window. It is cute, cozy and clean. The daily Algonquin Park Pass is also included in the price of the room which must be returned upon leaving. But most importantly, we sit on a quiet, peaceful piece of land next to the Madawaska River, at the mouth of Galeairy Lake and the gateway to Algonquin Park. We provide four private rooms which share a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, living room with satellite TV, outdoor BBQ, a fire pit, picnic tables, and WiFi. Enjoy the sunrise on the Madawaska River, listening to the rapids while sipping on a cup of coffee. Then venture upstairs into our dining room and enjoy one of our lunches or dinners and our organic and fair trade coffee. Not only is the Mad Musher a great place to stay but also a great place to meet fellow travelers. It's small and only four private rooms with shared accommodations. The Mad Musher is a hostel style accommodations and casual dining restaurant where you can enjoy some locally brewed beer, organic coffee and homemade meals (prepared from our chef) , which includes a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Come and see the large display of works by local artists, which includes paintings, photographs and cards of wildlife and landscapes which is available for purchase as a perfect memento of your stay in the Algonquin Park area. The Mad Musher also offers Overnight Packages and Adventure Packages. Please call us before booking if interested in these packages. You will be able to relax in the evening next to a camp fire (you will have to buy your own wood) while listening to the rushing rapids of the river, or come upstairs to our restaurant and enjoy a home make meal prepared by our chef (nothing is prepackaged here) or buy your food at our local grocery store and BBQ your dinner. Other things to note Algonquin Park Pass is included in your stay but must be returned upon leaving. Please clean up your dishes and the kitchen after each time you use it, keep the shared bathrooms as clean as possible. ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the building. There is staff on the premises from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. We will be more than willing to answer any questions you may have or help you with anything you may need. No dogs allowed because other people may have allergies. Quiet time is 11:00 pm No parties What we really want you to enjoy the beautiful wilderness of our surroundings and relax in this little "get away". We also ask no littering.
