Day trips to Lake Powell, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater, and Snowbowl ski area as well! Newly built home has all the amenities with a fully fenced yard! The space Newly built home was made with traveling guests in mind. *Full kitchen with many common small appliances *Queen beds with TVs in both rooms *Love Seat and Couch with full pull out bed *Fenced Yard to accommodate pets *Smart TVs *Washer and Dryer *Private Driveway Guest access You will have access to the entire house with a private drive and fully fenced yard! To access the private drive take a right on Fern off Peaks Parkway, it is the first driveway on the right. Other things to note Please make sure you have all your belongings when you leave.
