A Quiet Stay While You Are Away Oak Park

Welcome to our cozy and comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood. Our space is perfect for couples, solo travelers, small families, and long-term stays. This is a beautiful, modernist home located in the Frank Lloyd Wright District Neighborhood, a designated historic district known for its collection of homes designed by the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. This district features a collection of some of his iconic designs and is a destination for architecture enthusiasts. The space The guest room has two comfortable queen beds and a spacious closet for all your belongings. The room also has a private sun porch with a beautiful view across the park. Guests are welcome to use the living space, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a dining area. The bathroom is UVC light disinfected with clean towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. It is always kept clean for our guests. We are located close to public transportation, several restaurants, and shops. Come and make yourself at home at A Quiet Stay While You Are Away in Oak Park! A camera is at the front door (monitoring the entrance). The device will be on and recording 24/7 during the reservation. Guest access You will have full access to the entire space as outlined in the description and shown in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, including a refrigerator, coffee, and tea. Additionally, upon request, Sunday brunch is available at no extra charge. During your stay, I will be offering my signature breakfast potatoes and other items. Please see the menu on the dining room table. Other things to note The quiet stay while you are away is a safe neighborhood of Oak Park, IL, just minutes from Concordia University and Dominican University. Our space is perfect for students, visiting professors, and families visiting the university. A Breath of Fresh Air This property is equipped with detectors for tobacco, marijuana, and cigar smoke. The use of tobacco, marijuana, cigars, and vaping products is strictly prohibited on the premises, except in designated areas. Unauthorized gatherings or parties are not permitted. The base price includes the first two guests. If you’ll have any additional guests, there’s an extra charge of $40 per guest, per day. Children 6 and under are free.
