The space The Frenchie is composed of three buildings: The Farm House (circa 1890s), The Art Studio and Pool Bungalow Suites and The Garden Cottage. The main house also includes a gourmet kitchen and coffee bars that are used as common spaces. Guests may rent individual rooms, individual suites or any combination thereof. Please contact us for pricing for the entire property. The Frenchie is a boutique hotel offering limited luxury amenities. Each room is outfitted with true luxury linens, pillows, towels and robes. Each room comes with access to our coffee bars. Each room comes with access to our honor bar (open 24hrs in the main house) where you can purchase sparkling water, Fiji water and gourmet snacks. Each room comes with access to our fully stocked gourmet kitchen located in the main house (please leave the kitchen as you found it) Bed sheets are changed after your 3rd night with us. Each room is equipped with a smart tv with local channels. You may log into any of your personal entertainment accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vudu, Hulu, etc. Each room comes with a clock and bluetooth speaker box. We do not have onsite room service but there are many great restaurants less than 1 minute away and within walking distance. Please consult your in-room info sheet for our suggestions. We do not have bell service. If you have special needs getting bags to and from your room please let us know ahead of time. We are happy to help!
