Exclusive Access This entire property is exclusively for you – there are no additional guests or parties, ensuring full privacy and relaxation during your stay. Pet-Friendly We welcome dogs under 25 lbs. with prior approval and a $195 pet fee, so you can enjoy your stay with your furry friends. Enhanced Safety & Cleanliness Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We work closely with our cleaning team to ensure all surfaces are disinfected and deep cleaned between guests. New Guesthouse with Stunning Views Our brand-new guesthouse at the rear of the property offers a peaceful retreat with panoramic vineyard views. Ideal for an additional couple or family member, this cozy space features a king-size bed, a comfortable couch, a small dining area, a bar with a microwave and mini-fridge, and a custom bathroom with a luxurious rain shower. Transient Occupancy Tax Certificate: 874N Sonoma Country Vacation Rental License: LIC24-0433 Other things to note The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 6 adults. This would be four in the cottage and two in the Guest house. We charge a pet fee of $195 with prior approval of dog breed, under 25 lbs. please. Please bring trash cans to the curb Thursday evening - trash pick up is Friday. $35 fee applies if trash is not taken to the curb in time for pickup. No parties or outside guests are allowed on the premises without our prior approval. Out of respect to our neighbors, I have advised my neighbors to inform me anytime there is an obvious gathering at the house. No groups larger than the agreed upon number of guests as stated in the Airbnb agreement will be allowed. This will include visitors to the house. We must state this clearly unfortunately, as the County has VERY strict guidelines and we respect our neighbors privacy. We must include no dinner gatherings with outside guests or special event (weddings etc ) preparations where guests will be visiting. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood and our neighbors live there full-time. This keeps our promise and respect to our neighbors and they have been more than kind to our guests as a result. We apologize if this does not work for your needs, but hope you understand our position. Any verified complaint from our neighbor(s) will result in guests being asked to leave with all rental fees and deposits forfeited by guest. We encourage all renters to purchase trip insurance to help avoid cancellation fees. We do all we can to accommodate our guests, but in these challenging times, we can not afford to absorb trip cancellations for any reason. We STRONGLY encourage you to buy trip insurance to protect yourself. Owner will not be liable for any items left in the home during Guest’s occupancy, or after the guests have departed. Please be sure to keep your valuables with you at all times. There is not a security safe in the home. A deposit of $500 is due at time of reservation. This deposit secures your rental dates and then converts to a damage deposit upon check in. Deposit shall be refunded within 14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
