The space As with all of our properties, guests enjoy free high speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 free bikes for exploring all of Sea Pines, as well as a free family fitness pass to a local gym located just a few minutes out the front entrance to the resort. There is outdoor pool access at South Beach Marina, about five minutes away. Passes are $85 for a family for the week. This villa does not have an on-site pool. We also provide an hour of free clay court tennis at South Beach daily after 12 pm. This property is a licensed and permitted STR with the Town of Hilton Head Island. Permit #024220 and license #24220. Guest access Resort pool access is at South Beach Racquet Club. A family pass is $85 for the week. The pool is located near the Salty Dog Cafe, about 3 miles from the villa. The villa is pet friendly, but you'd never know it. Clean, fresh and inviting. Enjoy the ease of check in as we mail your arrival package prior to your stay eliminating the need for stops or waiting in line when you get here. Just park in front and head to the beach! Other things to note Your departure cleaning is included in the cost of your villa. The owner has an extra large dog crate stored under the king bed if needed. Also, beach gear includes beach towels, chairs, a wagon and umbrella. We also have some toys and such in the service yard located in front of the property.
