It's usually wide open! Super easy access to the apartment. Other things to note * IMPORTANT: We don't allow any type of parties / gatherings / events. The host lives onsite in a different unit, so we'd know right away. If you violate the rule, your reservation will be immediately canceled. * For liability reasons, guests may NOT bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only registered guests may enter the premises. (If you registered as 2 guests, only 2 guests are allowed inside) * No SMOKING!!! (We'll charge you $300 cleaning fee if smoking occurs) * This apartment is centrally located on a main street, some street noise is unavoidable. If you are expecting country quiet at night, this may not be a fit for you. *There are outdoor security cameras monitoring the street entrance to the house for everyone's safety.
