Look for his twenty-year-old black Mercedes limo and you know he is in town. Refeshing crystal cleat well water, six burner, two stove range coupled with both a ceramic and steel grill and smoker. Both grills can sear a 2.5” thick porterhouse for two minutes a side at 850 and then grill at 450 for seven minutes a side for the perfect medium rare steak! It can also smoke ribs or poultry for eight hours at 150! To preserve the coal please shut the top and bottom air flows in both grills when you are finished grilling. There are three draws packed with every spice imaginable to the right of the range coupled with a full refrigerator and pantry. We have every kitchen appliance, spice and utensils that you can ask for. Where to purchase food and booze: 1.Stop at Costco on the way up in Brookfield, CT to buy food and liquor. Take the back road through Brookfield and Bridgewater to the house. 2.Shop-Rite across the street from Costco (believe it or not) has great veggies, fish and incredible bread. 3.Stew Leonard’s is 2 miles south of Costco. 4.Buy organic fresh steaks at Topland Farm, 102 Painter Hill Rd., Roxbury, CT.
