This cozy house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 9 comfortably. Enjoy plenty of living space, a large screened-in porch, full kitchen, fire pit and BBQ grills. The house also includes onsite laundry, EV charger, RV hookup & parking. Kitchen completely renovated in 2024! The space Master bedroom has a King bed, closet, dresser. Second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, dresser. Third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, plus a twin bed that pulls out into a king bed, and a dresser. The third bedroom also has a separate entrance from outside through the garage for long term guests. The master bathroom has a shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Pack and play, high chair and other baby gear on-site. The kitchen was renovated in fall 2024 and is fully equipped for your cooking and baking pleasure. The property also has: • Parking space for a 40' RV with hookup. • Electric car charger for your Tesla • 2-person hot tub and heated outdoor shower • Tons of fruit trees -- if it's in season, feel free to eat it! Mango, starfruit, lychee, jackfruit, mulberry, persimmon, black sapote, banana, and pineapples • A 16' dock with rod holders. Some rods and fishing gear are also available for guest use • A tandem kayak, three-adult canoe, and stand-up paddleboard on site for complimentary guest use.
