We look forward to welcoming you to our completely newly furnished, modern villa with its own heatable pool, outdoor kitchen, large barbecue; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunny south-west location. Fantastic beaches can be reached in the immediate vicinity. Our Villa Nectar is located in a quiet residential area in South Venice, shopping and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The villa has WiFi with high speed internet access. The space You will feel at home as soon as you enter our villa: The open, spacious living/dining area with kitchen and separate breakfast area, and the new, ultra-modern furnishings will inspire you. You can mix your own cocktails in our outdoor summer kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. In the master suite with its own bathroom and whirlpool, you will find a comfortable king-size double bed. The other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living area. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has 2 single beds. All beds are equipped with new high-quality mattresses. The second bathroom is located directly between the two bedrooms. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. In the spacious outdoor area with a beautiful pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, large parasol and dining table for 6 people, you can enjoy a relaxing day outdoors. A summer kitchen and large barbecue round off the amenities.
