Inspiration Ranch-HOT TUB/lower unit/SUPER CLEAN!!

PLEASE READ!! Welcome to Inspiration Ranch, located in a safe, new neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, shopping, and stores. This private lower unit has its own entrance via the garage stairs. Enjoy full access to the entire space featuring tall ceilings, large windows, and an open, inviting layout. You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive—perfect for relaxing or exploring the area! Guests are always happy and comfortable here! ✨ PLEASE READ MY REVIEWS! The space PLEASE READ! I try to be fully transparent & try to cover everything so there's no surprises or disappointments. :) Unit is ALL PRIVATE!! This is not the entire home but is the lower unit. We live upstairs and have 4 goldendoodles. We try our best to keep noise level to a minimum and to quiet the dogs if they happen to bark. They are very friendly and have a separate area in the backyard so not to impose on your space. Please note, because we live upstairs, that some noise is to be expected. We recently installed new flooring and added an additional "noise reducing pad" to hopefully increase the sound barrier. No need to spend money eating out when you have a FULL kitchen allowing the convenience of cooking your meals surrounded by family and friends. Our spacious area allows for fun to be had. You'll find yourself spending time playing games or in a great game of pool on the 3-in-1 game table. Sleeping up to 8 people allows for multiple families to hang out. We have 3 queen beds, twin bunk beds and a very comfy couch and loveseat. We also have a pack-n-play for the little ones! Before the day is done, relax in the 6-person hot tub to rid any stress! You also have access to a welcoming fire-pit area and gas grill for enjoyable evenings outside. Waking in the morning to a complimentary hot cup of coffee while frying up some eggs and bacon. No need to worry about dishes as you have the convenience of a dishwasher. If you're staying for a while, feel free to wash a load of clothes with free access to a washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent. I am available to assist with anything that may arise (missing personal hygiene item, raising or lowering of thermostat, cooking item) and I stive to respond quickly to any request you may have. Please do not feel you're bothering me :) Guest access ENTIRE Lower Unit nearly 2000 sq feet of space!! To access this space, you'll enter thru our side garage access door, and utilize the 13 stairs located in the front of the garage. There's a clear path to the stairs and the stairs have carpet treads, a handrail and overhead lights for added safety. Entire PRIVATE access to the following: 🔅FULL Kitchen w/cooking necessities, oil & spices 🔅Complimentary coffee, Kpods, popcorn, hot chocolate & treats. 🔅3-in1 Game table (pool, air hockey, table tennis) 🔅private 6-person Hot Tub 🔅Living room w/gas fireplace & seating for 7 🔅fire pit area (propane fire pit) 🔅partial backyard (fenced & trees for privacy) 🔅yard games in storage unit by patio door 🔅exercise room 🔅large bathroom (dual sinks, private toilet/shower area) 🔅2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds & WIC's 🔅several board games for all ages 🔅toys & books for kids Other things to note PLEASE NOTE***this is in our basement (separate unit). You have FULL PRIVATE access to the ENTRE basement that includes: * Mud/ laundry room * Dining room * Living room * FULL kitchen * 2 patios * Full bath with 2 vanities and private toilet/tub/shower * 2 SPACIOUS bedrooms * Exercise room * Private entrance ***Trust me, you will not feel like you're in a "basement" as we have 9' ceilings and plenty of big windows to allow natural light. If you have any doubts, PLEASE read my reviews from previous guests. ***NO SMOKING of ANY kind is allowed inside the house. 2 patio areas can be used for smoking but please close doors and windows and dispose properly. ***If you haven't already seen, WE LIVE UPSTAIRS!! We have 4 friendly goldendoodles and they have a separate/fenced off area in the backyard. We also have a very old chihuahua (16 yrs old). She is timid but friendly. Not sure how much longer she'll be with us.
