The space When you arrive at Chubby Bear, you can enter the cabin with the convenient keyless entry. The fully equipped modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ready to be utilized for full meal preparation. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee from the 12 cup coffee maker or Keurig. Take your coffee out onto the deck to enjoy the spectacular mountain views. You can also join the family for the big game on the 50 inch flat screen TV with all local channels. Complimentary high speed internet is available for use in planning your next days adventures, streaming the latest blockbusters, or catching up on your favorite teams scores. The master suite is located on the first floor and features a TV and a king size bed with a private full bath. The living room is appointed with leather couches and pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs is a shared open space and you will enjoy a comfortable queen bed with an ultra-luxurious copper-infused memory foam mattress and a full bathroom. Guests can also soak their day away in the Jacuzzi tub with massaging jets. An additional pull out sleeper sofa is provided, as well as a wonderful hideaway loft for kids overlooking the second floor. Vacation is not complete without a little competition. Challenge each other on the foosball table, or play a game of pool while enjoying the panoramic views provided by the large upstairs windows. After your busy day, you can relax on the deck and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub sipping on your favorite beverage. Guest access The whole cabin is accessible with the exception the second floor utility closet. Other things to note Chubby Bear Retreat is located on a picturesque mountain ridge overlooking beautiful Wears Valley. The retreat is easily accessed via wide paved roads. The roads are winding so take it slow. Pigeon Forge Parkway is 15 miles from the cabin and will provide easy access to all of the local attractions including the world-famous Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country. We do recommend a 4x4 vehicle when expecting inclement weather.
