Perfect for family getaways, fishing, or golfing trips! Our vacation home has everything you need for relaxing vacation. The house is ideal for those that have difficulties with stairs. we have installed a lift to assist in getting items to the house without carrying them up the steps. We provide just about anything that you would need to feel right at home in our place. Everything from linens to towels, wifi and smart TV'S, as well as a fully equiped kitchen and grill. You are welcome to bring your pet with prior approval, but please note that we do charge an extra $30 cleaning fee for guests that bring a pet. Please let me know that you are bringing a pet when you inquire about reserving the house. The beach is only a short three minute walk down the street. You can fish and crab from the dock in the back yard. Bring your boat and launch from the boat ramp a few street over, or make the short drive to the Intracoastal Waterway. Guest access Guests will have full access to all amenities of the house except for a small owner's closet. You are welcome to use anything in the shed, including: * Golf Cart * Bicycles * Beach Chairs * Beach Toys * Fishing Rods * Crab Traps Other things to note This is our family vacation home. We purchased the house in 2017 and spent that year renovating the outside of the house. We painted, built an outside shower, replaced windows, and built a storage room. We spent the winter months of 2019 renovating the interior of the house. We have gutted the kitchen and installed new white cabinets, redone the floors throughout, redone the bathrooms, put in new doors, painted, and bought new furniture. We added the roof over the rear deck during the winter of 2020. The covered deck and ceiling fans create a nice place to beat the heat outside during hot summer days. The front porch was added in 2021. The house is like brand new for you to enjoy this summer! **PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. This means the reservation must be in the name of someone who is at least 25 years old. This person must also be in the rental the entire length of the stay. No exceptions will be granted.** We do ask you to remember that this is our vacation home that we use ourselves. We hope that you will treat it with the same respect that you would your own home. Please do not use our house as a party house. We also ask that you be considerate of our neighbors. We do have some full time residents next door and the houses are very close to each other. They are very friendly, but please observe a 10:00 "quiet" time.
