Sunny Disposition - Lake Erie Lakefront!

Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor. We provide all linens, and most necessities that make a home complete. All you need is your clothes, food and you! On site we have games, Playstation, DVD with movies for those possible rainy moments, bicycles, water toys, grill, multiple televisions, and toys for small children. If you get there and wish there was something, let us know, we may have it. Boat dock rentals available within walking distance. Please inquire for contact information. Guest access The guest has access to the entire property. Other things to note Monthly rates are for up to 4 guest MAX. Additional guests may be considered with owner approval and extra fee. Please note: Holiday weekend/weeks are listed below. The reservation calendar will allow exceptions to this, but they will NOT be approved by the owner.
