Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor. We provide all linens, and most necessities that make a home complete. All you need is your clothes, food and you! On site we have games, Playstation, DVD with movies for those possible rainy moments, bicycles, water toys, grill, multiple televisions, and toys for small children. The guest has access to the entire property. We always provide emergency access to cleaning and maintenance personnel, and are available by phone 24 hours/day. Private resort community of Sand Beach.
