12 Armadillos Barndo: Sleeps 28! New Firepit Area!

Great weekend getaway and activities for all! The 12 Armadillos Barndo is located on 7 beautiful acres of land. The 5000 sq ft inside (plus 1500 sq ft covered porch) contains 8 bedrooms, a 6 bed bunk room, and 7.5 baths. There are also 2 couch beds and 2 futons. The grand room contains a custom bar, pool table, table that seats 20, kitchen, living room area, and half bath. We only allow 28 to stay overnight on the property. We do allow extra day guests for an additional fee. We have a Ring Camera on the driveway to protect our guests and the property. Extra guests fee: Our rental includes 28 people (max spending the night). If you would like to have extra guests on the property during the day (above the 28 included), here are the fees (this is for one day and not multiple days). Kids 3 and under not included in the count. Up to 25: $750 Up to 50: $1500 Up to 75: $2250 Up to 100: $3000 You must pay the extra guests fee 30 days before the rental. Pet Policy: Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. We have a kegerator. You must supply the keg. Absolutely no prom groups. Please do not rent for a prom group. Event information: Ask owners for more details. Other things to note We have a pack and play, high chair, booster seat, and swing available. Please make sure that you mention you would like access to these items before you arrive so that we can have them ready for you. We have no carbon monoxide detector because we do not have gas on the property, just electric, so we don't need to have one.
