Conveniently located just off highway 170 in Terlingua, with a porch overlooking a spring fed section of Terlingua Creek. This comfortable and convenient home is an ideal base for all of your Terlingua and Big Bend adventures. The home has a private dining room, fully stocked kitchen, living room, two full bathrooms, and two and a half bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a semi-private space connected to the living room that has a twin bed and a small desk. With one queen and three twin beds, the Creek House sleeps five comfortably. Covered Porch Overlooking the Creek: The signature feature of this vacation getaway is the spacious covered porch overlooking a spring fed portion of Terlingua Creek. Water is rare in the desert, but always in view just below our porch. In true Terlingua style, there is also a small, movable bar on the porch. Fire Pit: Starry skies and morning coffee are best enjoyed beside our rock lined fire pit. Be sure to bring firewood. Small bundles of firewood can be purchased from the nearby Cottonwood General Store.
